Surveys + Errored Payments
My surveys will be sent out via BackerKit. It's a system I have used for the past two campaigns and I am very used to it and it's super helpful, so I'm hoping it'll speed up fulfillment for this campaign.
The surveys will be sent around May 1st - May 6th to allow for me to fix any issues with the surveys, and to allow time for those who's cards have been declined to fix any payment issues. As it stands, 30 backers of this campaign have errored payments.
You have 7 days after the campaign ends to fix your payment, or you will be dropped from the campaign. However you will still receive a survey and Backerkit will allow you to fix your payment through there.
You will also have the option to change your pledge level via the BackerKit survey.
Notebook Tracked Shipping
Those who ordered 2 notebooks will be getting tracked shipping (international), or Tracked 24 Signed For (UK) added to their surveys. I will be doing this manually once the surveys are complete and locked. This is the only way I can add it, so please don't panic if it's not there :)
Discounted Bookmark Add-Ons
In the add-on section of the surveys I have some bookmarks which are currently available in my stores at a special discounted price for backers! Many of these won't be kept in regular stock, so if you wanted them now is the time.
I also have seconds pins from my previous campaigns available at a discounted price for backers, if you're into pin collecting :)

Hey all!!
I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful response to the Dragon bookmarks, I don't draw dragons much so your feedback has meant a lot.
Thanks to my wonderful friend Alchemy Art Group (who is a very bad influence on me and encourages me to make TOO MANY THINGS), I've converted the dragons into notebooks and I've added them to the campaign!
International shipping for notebooks
I wanted to address the price for international shipping for the notebooks. Long story short, unfortunately - it's a lot. As soon as a package goes over a certain size and weight here in the UK, the price jumps from around £8-10, to £20+
Notebooks being as heavy as they are, to transport them and any bookmarks safely, all international packages go from 'large letter' size, to 'parcel' size - which increases the price massively. Plus the weight of two notebooks puts the package to over 1kg, which jumps the price up from £20 to £25 ;-; (and this is even with my cheaper business account rates - without it's £30+)
The one bonus is any pledge with 2 notebooks will have FREE TRACKED SHIPPING, because while adding tracking to small (large letter sized) packages costs a lot more, adding tracking to larger (parcel sized) packages makes them a bit cheaper.

Hey all,
Thank you so much to over 200 of you for getting this campaign to over £10,000! As a celebration these new dragon designs have both already been unlocked as long as the campaign stays over £10,000, and both will have the tassels with the jade beads :)
Please check your Small Bookmark add-ons!!
The 'Small Bookmark' add-on has an incorrect additional shipping charge of £7, if you have selected this please change to 'Small Bookmark - CORRECT SHIPPING'! This will prevent you from being charged an additional £7 shipping, I unfortunately cannot delete it as long as people have it selected as part of their pledge.
Changing tiers
You will be able to change pledge tiers at the end of the campaign as I will be using Backerkit for fulfillment, and this allows you to change your pledge even after the campaign has ended :)

Thank you so much to all of you who have supported this little kickstarter of mine!! All of the designs have now been unlocked which I am so so happy and excited about :)
I have been chatting to some friends and they asked why I didn't have any dragon themed bookmark designs with all the dragon themed books out there, so i've come up with a quick Space / Night vs Day / Sun option for this campaign - and I'm wondering if it's something you'd be interested in?
These are just incomplete sketches of course, but if you're interested I will prioritise finishing these before the end of the campaign so they can be added as final stretch goals!
Info on previous bookmark designs
My previous bookmark designs which are already available in my stores will all be available as add-ons in backerkit. I've not used the Kickstarter add-on feature before so I am hesitant adding too many things in case they go wrong (as has already happened, oops!).
Some of these (such as some colours of the rabbits the gold and silver sun/moon circles, and the mini stars), won't be kept in stock once sold, and will have a special discounted price for backers.

Heya!
Thanks so much to those of you who have backed already! Unfortunately I made a mistake on add-ons.
I didn't realise shipping was an additional cost added with every single add-on, this is a mistake so please change your add-ons to the corrected tiers to avoid unnecessary charges - once this is done I can alter or delete the old ones, but as long as they have backers unfortunately I can't adjust the prices, I'm so sorry about this!
